1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification cannot be returned.
Items sold as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
If approved, shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Mudhish Power Tools.
